Welcome to the website of
English storm chaser Vicky Redwood. Being based in England means that I
don't have the flexibility to chase whenever the weather is right but
since 2004, I have made every effort to get out onto the Great Plains to
see Mother Nature's finest displays.
I have chased in 2004, 2007, 2008, 2009 and
this year, 2010, have finally achieved something I've wanted to do since
I started, be based in the USA for a few months to be available to
chase whenever I want to.
Over the few years I've been into storm chasing I have been lucky enough to see some great tornadoes and storm structure and I hope to
be able to get some decent shots and video of them up here to share.
Ever since I started I have intended to build my own
website so this is the very early stages of a long awaited project for
myself so bear with me. I will probably start from my most recent
adventures and work back.
Along with chasing tornadoes on the Great Plains, I have also
developed a passion for waterspouts after a TV opportunity presented
itself during 2008. I have now chased waterspouts twice down in the
Florida Keys.

** January 2011 Update**
Not much has progressed to be honest since my
last update, apart from a few new chase accounts but I am happy that I've managed to sort out some presentation / layout difficulties I've been having with this. Life is very busy and of course, recent Christmas
activities meant not much time to do this! However, now the new year is
here, it means storm season is rapidly approaching :-)
